Spring into Summer 2022
Spring into Summer was a 60-minute participatory experience, including a 30-minute performance blending movement, music, comedy, visual art, and the sounds of summer, and toured to 30+ care homes across Liverpool, Sefton and Knowsley.
Recordings of residents’ memories of summers past, and dreams for summers to come were used to create the show and were played during the performance.

“This type of project is beyond the capabilities of what activities that our care home alone can offer residents... After covid regulations care homes have been challenging for everyone involved, we are just trying to keep the residents safe and most big group activities or outings all had to be stopped. This is the biggest event that has happened here in all that time and it has been very well received.”
